UPCOMING FULFILLMENT DAYS: Happy Holidays! We'll ship again on January 7 - January 16 - January 19

USA: US shipping is now handled by UPS. Tariff and UPS fees are NOT included in the price of our goods / shipping costs and will have to be paid by when the parcel is delivered. 15% tariff as well as the UPS fees (disbursement fee ( 2% of the tariff / minimum of USD 14) plus international processing fee for parcels entering the US: USD 2.50) are NOT included in the price / shipping fees and will have to be paid to UPS when the parcel is delivered. Shipping through postal services is no longer possible to the US after the suspension of the De Minimis Treatment by presidential degree (Executive Order from July 30, 2025, 14324, “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries”)

Australia: delays are possible but rare.

New Zealand: delays are possible but rare.

Canada: delays and longer running times are common due to Canadian customs being a bit slow. Shipments can be tracked on canadapost.com / by your local post office. 

UK: Due to new tax rules imposed by the UK government after BREXIT we can't sell to UK customers directly anymore. UK customers can find a selected range of our products in our Etsy shop. Etsy will collect and forward the newly imposed UK VAT directly to the UK government. Alternatively you can use a forwarder in the EU to forward your order to you (please note: if you have you order sent to the EU we will not be able to issue an invoice with a billing UK address!).   

Russia:  sorry, we do not sell or ship to Russia. 

All international shipping: delays can occur.
