Upcoming shipping days: every Monday and Friday in the afternoon.
New Zealand, Australia and some other countries are still closed for shipping.
USPS has re-opened its services for foreign shipments but services are very slow.
Upcoming shipping day: we're back to our normal schedule: Mondays and Fridays in the afternoon CET.
Please note that there are delays in international shipping due to COVID-19 but a lot of countries are open for shipping again.
We're carefully monitoring the situation in Austria - we'll ship as long as it's safe for us, for you and for all he brave postal workers who are showing up every day for their work.
US customers / orders sent before April 13: USPS is currently NOT scheduling redelivering attempts - so please make sure to only order when you or someone you trust can collect your order from the post office in case USPS can't deliver your order at their first attempt!
For urgent order please get in touch and we'll see what we can do - postal services are working and doing a great job to keep things up and running (thanks to the brave people out there who make sure our orders get to our customers!)
Please note that due to restricted travel running times are longer at the moment (passenger planes usually transport a lot of freight and international mail - all those shipments are now transported with a more limited number of freight planes).

We ship every Monday and every Friday.
(Note: if Friday is a public holiday we ship on Monday, if Monday is a public holiday we ship on Tuesday)
Standard running times after shipping dates (please note that there can be delays due to unforeseen reasons):
- Europe (EU-members): 3-9 days
- Europe (Non-EU-members): 6-12 days
- Australia: 8-12 days (sometimes delays due to customs)
- all other countries: about 12-16 days except USA and Canada:
Running time is about 10 to 14 days. Due to the restructuring of USPS there are delays to certain addresses and areas.
All orders are sent as registered priority (International First Class) letters (up to a weight of 0.5kg) and parcels (1kg and more). We'll a provide tracking number at the time of shipping - tracking numbers can be checked on the website www.usps.com
Please note that USPS allows you to schedule a re-delivery when you're not at home the first time they try to deliver. This can be done one the website www.usps.com after tracking your shipment. It is your responsibilty to schedule this re-delivery (we can't do it because we don't know when would be convenient for you!).
Canada: running time can be up to 6 weeks and more. Please note that currently Canada Post has a huge backlog on international deliveries and all shipments are delayed. All shipments to Canada are sent as registered air mail letters.
Parcels can be tracked online and are insured up to a value of EUR 550. In case of loss we (PaperPhine) need to claim the insurance. All orders that have more than 1kg in weight are send out as parcels.
Registered letters can be tracked by your post office / partly online on request and are insured up to a value of EUR 50. In case of loss the customer (you) have to claim the insurance at your post office.
Tracking and insurance are not available through International First Class Mail service. Your order will not be insured and it won't be possible to track its whereabouts. In case you have questions please contact up before ordering.
All orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria (Europe).
It's your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
We automatically send to the address PayPal sends us as the shipping address. If you would like to send something as a gift (or worldwide customers, to a US address), please add the address to your PayPal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address. We will not ship to an address mentioned in the "notes to seller" or by email request after the order has been placed.
Shipments that are not picked up / can't be delivered due to wrong address / can't be delivered due to other reasons
Shipments that are not picked or can't be delivered by your local courrier due to a wrong address are returned to us - the sender - eventually. We'll send you a refund once the shipment is back in our hands - please note that we do NOT refund shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that international mail can be delayed - we will send you a refund for the articles you ordered if they arrive too late for a specific project yuou had in mind but again we do not refund shipping costs.
