SHIPPING:  COVID-19  Last updates: Dec 6, 2021

NEXT SHIPPING DAY: TUESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2022. 

After a winter break we'll be back on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. 

Please note that there are delays in international shipping due to the ongoing pandemic.


Australia: postal routes are closed. No shipping possible (last updated: Dec. 6, 2021)

New Zealand: postal routes are closed. No shipping possible (last updated: Dec. 6, 2021)

Canada: Shipping to Canada has resumed. Please note that there are big delays due to the backlog that Canada Post needs to deal with and COVID restrictions. Shipments can be tracked on canadapost.com / by your local post office. Expect running times of up to 6-8 weeks! 

USA: Shipping to the US currently takes about 1-2 weeks. Shipments can be tracked on usps.com 

UK: Due to new tax rules imposed by the UK government after BREXIT we can't sell to UK customers directly anymore. UK customers can find a selected range of our products in our Etsy shop. Etsy will collect and forward the newly imposed UK VAT directly to the UK government. Alternatively you can use a forwarder in the EU to forward your order to you (please note: if you have you order sent to the EU we will not be able to issue an invoice with a billing UK address!).   


All international shipping: delays can occur.

Shipping Times

Standard running times after shipping dates (please note that there can be delays due to COVID and unforeseen reasons):
- Europe (EU-members): 3-9 days   
- Europe (Non-EU-members): 6-12 days
- Australia: delays due to infrequent flight services
- all other countries: about 12-21 days except

USA: shipping to the US is slow due to the restructuring of USPS ordered by the US government. Expect running times of 2-4weeks. Please make sure to keep an eye on your parcel (tracking number provided at the time of shipping - can be tracked on usps.com)

All orders are sent as registered priority (International First Class) letters (up to a weight of 0.5kg) and parcels (1kg and more). We'll a provide tracking number at the time of shipping  -   tracking numbers can be checked on the website www.usps.com

Please note that USPS allows you to schedule a re-delivery when you're not at home the first time they try to deliver. This can be done one the website www.usps.com after tracking your shipment. It is your responsibilty to schedule this re-delivery (we can't do it because we don't know when would be convenient for you!).

Canada: running time can be up to 4 weeks and more. Please note that currently Canada Post has a huge backlog on international deliveries and all shipments are delayed. All shipments to Canada are sent as registered air mail letters.

GENERAL:

Parcels can be tracked online and are insured up to a value of EUR 550. In case of loss we (PaperPhine) need to claim the insurance. All orders that have more than 1kg in weight are send out as parcels.

Registered letters can be tracked by your post office / partly online on request and are insured up to a value of EUR 50. In case of loss the customer (you) have to claim the insurance at your post office. 

Tracking and insurance are not available through International First Class Mail service. Your order will not be insured and it won't be possible to track its whereabouts. In case you have questions please contact up before ordering. 

All orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria (Europe).

 

Shipping Address

It's your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

We automatically send to the address PayPal sends us as the shipping address. If you would like to send something as a gift (or worldwide customers, to a US address), please add the address to your PayPal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address. We will not ship to an address mentioned in the "notes to seller" or by email request after the order has been placed.

 

Shipments that are not picked up / can't be delivered due to wrong address / can't be delivered due to other reasons 

Shipments that are not picked or can't be delivered by your local courrier due to a wrong address are returned to us - the sender - eventually. We'll send you a refund once the shipment is back in our hands - please note that we do NOT refund shipping costs. 

Please keep in mind that international mail can be delayed - we will send you a refund for the articles you ordered if they arrive too late for a specific project yuou had in mind but again we do not refund shipping costs. 

Returns
